Paper, and nobody watching.
Fourteen sheets, one for each practice in the book. Six more, one for each act. Print the one you need. Write on it by hand.
Way Back No. 11 opens with four words: do this one on paper. That line is the reason these exist. Some things want a pen, a page, and nobody watching, so the sheet is the page itself. There is no file to download, no email to leave, and no field to type into. Your browser prints it, and the writing stays where writing belongs.
Each sheet carries the practice in the book’s own words, the line to carry out of the chapter, and then space. One question per sheet, not five. Nine millimetre lines, because adults do not write at five. Black rules on white paper, so it costs you almost no ink.
The honest version of the evidence, including what writing things down does not do, is on the science page.

Free, like all fourteen practices. No account, no email, nothing to buy first. If you want the stories the practices came out of, they are in the book.
